We went downtown Friday night for Midnight Merriment on Main Street. It was cold (around 31/32 degrees) but a pleasant evening. We saw Santa, a nativity scene in front of the capitol, and rode on a horse drawn carriage.We talked about how in South Carolina this would be child abuse but here, in the north, it's what we do (now).
