Florida Aquarium

Thursday, we visited the Florida Aquarium in Tampa. It is a great example of animals in their natural habitat (assuming that the habitat is inside...). The aquarium is located on the channel in Tampa's port. Behind the girls you can see one of the 2 cruise ships docked in Tampa that morning.

The girls are looking through a side window at the stingrays. One had just been born that morning!

Annie enjoyed the alligators - she wasn't afraid at all!

The girls found the mermaid.

There was a projector pointed at the fog - it was cooler in the dark than with the flash. However, the girls had a great time playing in it.
