The City of Concord offers a Winter Festival every year at White's Park. In the background behind Lucy you can see a bonfire (that was very warm!) and people skating on the pond. She's leaning against snow piled up from plowing. We stayed about 1 hour but it was just too upsetting for Annie. I didn't take a picture of Annie because there was nothing to see. She had 2 pairs of clothes, 1 snow suit with hood, 1 box sleep blanket with hood, 1 hat, and a blanket on top of all that! I tried to keep her warm but she hadn't slept so I think her mood was exhaustion not chill.
